A Public Adjuster is a professional property claims adjuster, licensed under the Department of Insurance. A Public Adjuster advocates for and is hired by the policyholder. Aside from attorneys, Public Adjusters can legally represent the rights of an insured during the insurance claim process.
As appraisers, we will remain impartial throughout the appraisal process providing a neutral and third-party perspective on your claim.
Spartan Claims manages every aspect of the claim process, on behalf of the insured, including the investigation, inspection, documentation, estimating, and negotiation of the claim settlement.
How Can Spartan Help?
If your claim has been fully or partially denied, it is not the end of the road - you still have options. Spartan will evaluate your claim, and if there is a case to be made, the claim will be re-opened where we will perform an additional inspection with your insurance company. Have a State-licensed adjuster there to represent YOU and your best interests! If we feel strongly about your claim, we will do everything possible to get coverage afforded.
Appraisals (property & Auto)
If you and your insurance company fail to agree on the amount of your loss, you can utilize the policy provision of Appraisal. This process is where both parties hire impartial appraisers to set the amount of the loss. If the two impartial appraisers cannot come to an agreement the appraisal is then sent to another impartial party (jointly selected by the appraisers) known as an umpire to issue an award that is binding.
