Your claim!
Our expertise!
Your peace of mind!
Spartans fought to protect their homes, and we’re here to do the same for you—against insurance companies. As a property owner, you pay for an insurance policy, and when your home is damaged by storms or other events, you deserve proper compensation to repair it. Too often, insurance companies fail to provide the settlement you’re entitled to.
At Spartan Claim LLC, we are licensed public adjusters in Indiana dedicated to representing you. A public adjuster works on behalf of the policyholder to ensure you receive the full settlement you deserve. We also provide appraisal services to give an impartial, third-party perspective during the claims process. Navigating insurance claims can be confusing and overwhelming, and since insurance companies hire their own adjusters, it’s essential to have someone on your side.
We manage every aspect of your claim—including investigation, inspection, documentation, estimating, and negotiation. Our mission is simple: handle the complex details so you can focus on restoring your home with clarity, care, and confidence.
Our Services
We specialize in handling claims for Hail, Wind, Water, and Fire damage, with additional experience across a wide range of other insurance claims.

1
Public Adjuster
If your claim has been fully or partially denied, it is not the end of the road - you still have options. Spartan will evaluate your claim, and if there is a case to be made, the claim will be re-opened where we will perform an additional inspection with your insurance company. Have a State-licensed adjuster there to represent YOU and your best interests! If we feel strongly about your claim, we will do everything possible to get coverage afforded.
2
Appraiser
(Property or Auto)
If you and your insurance company fail to agree on the amount of your loss, you can utilize the policy provision of Appraisal. This process is where both parties hire impartial appraisers to set the amount of the loss. If the two impartial appraisers cannot come to an agreement the appraisal is then sent to another impartial party (jointly selected by the appraisers) known as an umpire to issue an award that is binding.
3
Umpire
An Umpire (insurance appraisals) is called upon as the neutral mediator when the two appraisers are unable to reach an agreement on the amount of a property damage claim. Our trained adjusters specialize in dispute resolution and have helped numerous clients with their appraisals, providing fair and impartial settlements.A qualified umpire can make all the difference in resolving your claim dispute.
